Hi,

Looking for feedback specifically from Florida landlords who have set up LLC's and put there rental properties under them. How did you go about doing this?

I have read a lot of forums and know the challenges from other states, but I have not seen many from Florida.

Thanks everyone for the feedback.  I've decided to just do it myself and pay the $125 fee.  I've walked through a couple different sites including legal zoom then looked at the form from the sunrise site and realized it's exactly the same.  I just have to put a stamp on an envelope and send it in, that's the only difference.

Has anyone found a solid group in SFL? I found breia.com looks interesting. I'm just getting started in wholesaling and will be checking this out. Please let me know if anyone found anything else. Thanks

I am just starting out and working through my business plan and first steps to get going wholesaling. As a first step, in addition to creating my business plan, I am setting up an LLC. I was going to go through the process myself to set it up, filing the papers and such, but then saw legal zoom advertising to do the set up. Anyone have a recommendation on using legal zoom? Was it helpful?

I am from South Florida, Western suburbs of Broward County if anyone is familiar.  I've been visiting BP for a while now, but finally decided to jump in.  Long term, I am interested in buying an holding apartment buildings.   I have been doing a lot of reading on where to start and decided that I am going to start small in wholesaling and grow from there.  

Looking forward to meeting like minded individuals and being able to help others where I can.
