@Upen PatelI have not used up my 10 only 2 so far. My wife and I bought our primary back in 2012 and our first rental SFH in January 2015 and our goal is buy and hold many more. We can qualify for one more conventional loan around 100k before we are over the DTI ratio % because my income does not qualify yet. I started a new job in April last doubling my income and just got promoted starting in January tripling it but it is commision. I am hoping to find a lender of any kind who will work with me so i will not have to wait another 1-2 years to count the income from my new job and from my rental.
