Welcome Kerry!  Happy to hear you're getting started early. When I began, I also gave myself a deadline and stuck to it. I hope you will follow thru with your deadline! If I can share something I've learned, it is to stay focused on 1 strategy and master that. It is super easy to listen to a podcasts and get super motivated to try that method that worked for that one person. What hangs up most of my clients is they try and do too much at once. Majority of my clients are looking to house hack and I cannot suggest that enough. I am a house hacker myself. In my opinion, it's one of the easiest ways to start building wealth here in LA. Hey Kerry! I would love to connect with you. I just graduated in May and I wish I got started earlier, you are definitely gonna go far. I don't know much about house hacking but definitely have some knowledge on STRs and airbnb's that I would love to share and maybe we could learn from eachother.
