@Jonathan Greene I have family that lives in Mississippi and I go out there or at least plan to go out there twice a year. The houses are much cheaper also to start off. I would like to flip and hold as I start and rent out the property and work my way back towards the West Coast as things take off (hopefully.) I also plan to flip and sale once I get thd ball Rollin.

I am looking at buying property out of state as I reside in California. I preferably want to buy in the state of Mississippi and to seek assistance from section 8 as I plan to fix and hold properties. I also will be doing some fix and flips depending on how the process goes. I am having a hard time starting as I do own my own home here in California and I have a good amount of equity in my home to buy another property. Just a little nervous on the risks and collateral depending on what lane I take loan wise etc. Any ideas or opinions?

I am looking at buying my first property, OOS to be exact. I currently live in California and I am looking more in the Midwest and east areas. I am trying to get started as I have been told about getting an LLC, Business license and so on. Can anyone share their first time story? I would greatly appreciate it.

How to become a Real Estate Investor,

What did you all do, those that are Investors; (buying and selling houses) do to get started?

Post: New to the group and of course as I stated, a newbie.
