@Susan Maneck hey Susan, I have family in Jackson, Meridian, Hattiesburg, Ellisville, Philidelphia, Soso, Laurel etc. I am looking more at Gulfport, Biloxi, Jackson and some other regions of MS. I am just having some trouble starting out and the OOS way also.

@Travis Biziorek wil do Travis, and thank you. I am at a hault and definitely want to get the ballin rolling and get closer to financial freedom and being able to spend more time with my family as I will be on my own time and scheudle. 🙏🏿

@Drew Sygit I will be looking into those areas also as I too have thought about Detroit. MS right now is where I am currently looking at due to family in the area.

@Bradley Buxtoni looked in Nevada and I see more.land for sale than houses. I am still considering it but definitely looking at the South right now.
