Another challenging I have is that for oil, company needs to keep eye on the oil level when tenant use it up during winter , and company is busy.. they may not fill the oil in time.. for gas, it’s less hessle

@Karen O. thank you for your suggestion , yes I am signing the service contract to have emergency service.., it's seems oil heating is a lot trouble, i am thinking to change it to gas, what is your take?

@Christopher Phillips sorry to ask another question if you dont mind, 2 radiators do not warm up although i open the valves, and the other radiators are working fine... is there any insight you may provide? thanks a bunch!

@Christopher Phillips thank you for your insight. Today, we successfully turned on the oil boiler! i noticed the smell from the boiler seems strong because i make the basement as another unit for rental. Is there any tip to reduce the smell? thanks a lot!
