Small world Tyler. Carmen Goss is my go to when it comes to loans for my properties and any questions (I'm sure she wishes I had less of the second)

I'd be interesting in taking you up on the offer to hear how you guys analyze the loan process. I am a person who enjoys understanding the leverage I use. After all it's the leverage that allows me to be where I am today, so I better have a full grasp of something so important.

I have a few really good ideas for having a small group of people in the KC area get together occasionally. I do attend a few different REI organizations and having a group of people with the same interests and collective experience is really an awesome opportunity to grow.
