Great move on your part thinking of hiring a coach. With that said, you need to find one that fits your style and what your goals are for the year. One of my first coaches was for my mindset. I had to look past my past (pun intended) in order to see what I needed to do. This is a mind shift completely if you want to be successful. 

Write down what you want from a coach first and then go vet a person that works for you.

I would like to add 50+ units to my portfolio before 2021 and add another syndication deal for investors.  

Welcome to BP!! The best book to learn from but you have to get out there and do some deals. Don't be afraid to jump right in and go to work. Good luck
