Quote from @Luka Milicevic:

Right now pushing SEO and will go to PPC at some point once I'm happy with my website and getting my landing pages dialed in.

I'm also doing direct mail, but that has had some major diminishing returns lately. I do about 500 letters/month.

Wholesalers as well, but for the most part their deals are priced too high for me.

It's tough right now, but there are still opportunities. For the most part, I don't bother with the MLS anymore.

Luka, I am unfamiliar with SEO and PPC. What is that?

Hey Katlynn, maybe someone answered this for you already - SEO:  Search Engine Optimization   PPP:  Pay-per-click.  Cheers!

Post: Looking to add a mobile home pad and utilities to an existing SF lot

I'm looking at a reasonable 2/1 single family with a *huge* lot that could easily fit a single-wide mobile home if I were to demo a garage on the property (which is dilapidated) .  The house is in Tarrant County west of Ft. Worth (White Settlement).  Has anyone had experience adding another tenant in this fashion to a house.  The numbers for the property don't look all that great, but having an other tenant on the property would make it much more attractive.  Interested in anyone's experience in this area.  Thank you!

Hey all I've just purchased a SF in the Ft. Worth area.  The existing tenant was supposed to be out of the property by the end of this month, but it's not looking promising.  Looking for a recommendation for an eviction services company.  Anyone used their services in Tarrant county or the DFW area?  Thanks in advance.

Looking at a property in the Charleston area that has a notation "Notice of Lis Pendens".  What's the best way to get the story on this property?  Is there an online county record website where I can do searches for properties like these?  Thanks so much.

So my last post got denied, so I'll try a scrubbed version of it.  I'm trying to follow the guidelines that other are, apologies if I <yet again> break the rules :)

As a matter of fact I do!  Google "Victor Henderson Charleston Inspector".  I've seen the
work they do and it's excellent. I'm expecting to use them for all my properties in the Charleston area.

In Texas, I use locally har.com for the Houston Area and sabor.com for property searches.  Is there a localized property search website that folks use for the greater Charleston SC area?  Thanks so much!

Well that's an interesting question and one that I'm currently involved in. I'm using my HELOC funds as starter cash for SF. It has the disadvantage of not being able to deduct that interest compared to a refinance of your home. For me, it represents liquidity as I'm doing my SF purchases. As I go I'll look at re-arranging my assets (downsizing, etc.) so the HELOC may have a different purpose. Cheers!

Hey Justin, saw this on a recent search on BP.  Curious if you ended up pursuing Section 8 in SC?  Any wisdom from that experience? :)
