I see there are a few others on here from my local area...Some of which I know, and others that I have not met yet...I have no idea what to consider myself - I have had one rental property for about 10 years, and then I bought another about 2 years ago - but then bought 2 more within the past year & a half...so - seasoned - possibly...but definitely still learning...
I am in a precarious position right now (middle of fairly ugly divorce) - with a 14 yr old teenager...who lives with (ok - being poisoned by) her mother...ok - enough about me...When this is finally over - I have goals of adding to my portfolio - after clearing out some "old luggage", so to speak.....My credit is still fantastic - and I will have some equity to use for financing - so hopefully in the next year - I will be speaking with a few of you wholesalers around my area.....
