Now I'm not a wealthy guy and I didn't come from wealth but my dad has a close friend who has made millions in real estate. Tomorrow I get to meet with this guy and pick his brain.

He's retired and said he will give me some of his old contacts, but what questions should I ask him? Also I. New at this

I'm new and I'm trying to do a house hack and start a BRRRR strategy.

I'm in the middle of getting a FHA 203K loan and I'm wondering if it's harder to refinance a FHA 203K than other loans

I'm going to be buying my first house/ property next month. I'm 25 and spent the last year at my parents to pay off medical Bill's, build credit, and save money.

I'm living in Dayton oh and have a good credit score and 10k saved up. Any pointers and help welcome and any investors In the area want a guy getting them coffee so i can watch how to make deals up close plz reach out.

I have been educating myself the best I can. I'm in construction and I work 10+ hours and most of my jobs are at least a hour away.

I'm still confused on how to find deals and how to make them. Looking for any help I can get and I'm willing to work for it and earn it.

Post: Just starting and kinda have a plan

I have a credit score of 720 and I have 10k saved up for investing. I'm working on getting a FHA 203K loan and I want to get a foreclosed duplex. My strategy is to use the equity from the duplex to finance a flip that would finance another multi family and use the equity from that to do another flip. Is this a good idea???
