I specialize in new and resale single family homes, townhomes, and condos in Tallahassee, Leon County, Florida. Tallahassee is a growing community, with new home developments in all directions. There are two big universities, many parks, and canopy roads, and more than 63 lakes in the area. Tallahassee is filled with an abundance of trees and the local governments protects the trees. People comment that when flying into Tallahassee, what they see is a thick layer of green because of all the trees everywhere. Tallahassee is also the capital of Florida, and there is a constant stream of state employees moving in and moving out. It is also a cultural center, with concerts all the time it seems. The Florida State University Music school is one of the best in the nation.

Tallahassee, the capital of Florida is in a hilly area of Florida, unlike most of the state, which is flat. Leon county has an abundance of lakes, over 63, state forest preserves, parks all over. The city believes in trees, and therefore, one impression people get when coming to Tallahassee is that there are trees everywhere. There are canopy roads as well. The city is a government center, so the real estate market is always stable. New industries have been moving into the area, and there are two nationally recognized technology research centers. We also have a big student population due to the two universities here. I would love to do referral business with other Real Estate Agents.

I am a REALTOR with Keller Williasms in Tallahassee, Florida after having started real estate officially in 2004 with Exit Realty. Both companies are great in my opinion. Agents get a lot of training, support, and a friendly caring atmospher. I would read and reread The Millionaire Real Estate Agent, which is the foundation for the Keller Williams systems. It is applicable for real estate agents in general, however.

I have read a lot of programs from well known real estate guros, have invested in real estate, currently work in real estate sales, but am not in the top percent, and don't see that anytime soon. Real estate is hard, hard work, and not an easy ride.

I have been using Point2Agent as my website for awhile now and I am thoroughly convinced that it is a great system. You get blogging, much customization to fit your personality, a message forum, prepared articles, great prospecting and database management, email, and so much more. It also rates high in SEO. You can get a free standard site, and many extras, but you will want to move up to Professional and get so much more. Hello from Tallahassee, Florida. I want to jump in and introduce myself since everyone else is it seems. I am a Realtor specializing in residential properties. Just for what it's worth, I will add that real estate is always moving, regardless of socalled buyers markets or sellers markets. Humans ever since when, have been in the market for shelter, homes, whatever. It moves, and it takes investors, real estate professionals, and all others involved to move with the process. I like real estate for the variety and color it offers. Something new every day comes up. I learn something new everyday. The adrenalin keeps flowing.
