Hello from Tallahassee, Florida. I want to jump in and introduce myself since everyone else is it seems. I am a Realtor specializing in residential properties. Just for what it's worth, I will add that real estate is always moving, regardless of socalled buyers markets or sellers markets. Humans ever since when, have been in the market for shelter, homes, whatever. It moves, and it takes investors, real estate professionals, and all others involved to move with the process. I like real estate for the variety and color it offers. Something new every day comes up. I learn something new everyday. The adrenalin keeps flowing.
