Hey gang. Would love to hear some thoughts and experiences on direct mail marketing to tax delinquent homeowners. In your opinions Is it worth going after this group? Pros and Cons?

 I'm also considering direct mail marketing to people that have ARMS that are about to adjust. Any help would be much appreciated!

I'm a new member and new investor from Las Vegas, NV and I wanted to say hi to everyone on BP. I can already see how much valuable content there is on this site and I just got here recently.

My wife and I are new to RE investing and are starting out with some wholesaling with the goal of rehabbing our first house in the near future. I've been a Realtor here in Las Vegas for the last 4 years and plan on investing while keeping my Realtor career.

I look forward to spending lots of time here learning everything I can and getting to know some of you in the process.
