A Big Fat Hello
I'm a new member and new investor from Las Vegas, NV and I wanted to say hi to everyone on BP. I can already see how much valuable content there is on this site and I just got here recently.
My wife and I are new to RE investing and are starting out with some wholesaling with the goal of rehabbing our first house in the near future. I've been a Realtor here in Las Vegas for the last 4 years and plan on investing while keeping my Realtor career.
I look forward to spending lots of time here learning everything I can and getting to know some of you in the process.
