We were renting out our house with Bluffton Property Management Pros and ended up firing them due to their lack of customer service and extremely high and somewhat false repair claims. Does anyone have a good suggestion for a reputable property management company on the Bluffton/Beaufort area?

I'm in SC as well in the Bluffton / Hilton Head area. I would like to meet up with anyone in the area! Another note on SC taxes - if you are not a SC resident when you sell your property the state will also charge you a 7% gain withholding tax....
