Post: Help with House Hacking in the KC area

Within the next year, I will be moving to the south side of Kansas City. When I arrive I want to do what's best housing-wise for my early 20s. I know house hacking is a great way to jump into the real estate world. I do not want to get into another lease with an apartment. My question is, what are some strategies you all can provide that can aid me in finding my first small multi-family property? Anything helps and I am open to any advice or critiques. Thanks in advance!

Hey Brody! I'm a newbie as well. I am 23 and yet to have a property, I continue to study every day to get enough knowledge to jump in. If you ever have questions or just need a fellow newbie to talk to reach out! It is scary but the overall benefits in the future outweigh the potential stress.

Hi BP community. Im 23 and just finished my degree in agriculture. I want to invest in real estate to find financial freedom so one day my family and I don't have much to worry about. My thoughts are to buy cattle and use my gains to roll that into rental properties. slowly grow the cattle, land, and real estate portfolio. I can use all the advice I can get. If anyone is willing to talk real estate or just start out investing, I would love to hear what you all have to say. Thanks
