Looking for a underwriter that I can use to see if our commercial deals would be profitable under the model that we are looking to exit under. Willing to pay however not for each deal. Do not need to be a full underwriting task...just enough info to see if the deal is worthwhile to pursue. You can contact me direct at [email protected]

So you're not underwriting your own deals, or you don't trust your own model?

I'm looking for a new underwriter to bring in for some of our deals. Has nothing to do with trust but more so comparing data. If you know of someone send them my way. [email protected]

Gotcha.  Companies like Bullpen RE offer outsourced underwriting services.  I've never used them, but it exists.

Thanks for the tidbit. I will check them out.

Post: Quick Question about Finding Buyers

Not sure if this is the right section to post this. Mods...if it isn't please make correct changes. Thanks!

I have a property I'm selling in South FL. I'm looking for buyers that have recently bought in that area, for a comparable of what I'm selling. Plan is to skip trace for their info.

Some of the purchases are so recent, they have not been updated into the county appraiser site yet. I was wondering if an licence agent that has access to the MLS could see the buyers info, before it became public record. If so...any agents in south FL want to help me out?

Thank you!

Hi Daniel,

I actually deal with Cook county. I use to sell a lot over there but have slowed up a little bit. I do, however, have some deals coming up in West and North Chicago.

I'll let you know when the ink is dried on our end.
