Thanks! As I get more familiar with what’s out there and what would be better.. I may take a stab at that.. I’m not a programmer.. but I am an it director and know how to assemble a good team of programmers

I did assemble a team. Lawyer realtor. Pest control.. contractor.. and for a short term property manager (he was overwhelmed and had to stop)

I’ll get to the hands off ‘mostly’ stage.. but I’m still building this business... and relatively new

‘First year was 2018... I hit the ground running

My situation is this, we have 14 units, one duplex and the rest are standalone single family homes

We've been buying places and rehabbing them 

We need software to keep track of it all... the expenses.. and the rental income... and the ability to print out all the needed reports for our accountant

I have done some looking around and searches here..... but I guess I'm not sure of the realities behind buildium appfolio and tenant cloud etc... So I'm hoping that one or two of you folks ahead of me could give some advice on what works for you
