I want advertising for wholesale buyer and motivated sellers online and I plan on doing that by creating  a website. I was just curious to ask what are some of the website do the people here in the biggerpockets community use to create your own website to promote your own business. I would greatly appreciate any feedback.

Hi my name is kendy and I am currently trying to start investing in real estate through wholesaling. So far I understand all of the concepts of wholesaling and I am trying to put at least one property on contract asap. I recently came up with my own marketing plan to bring in leads by sending out postcards and letters to absentee owners. after calculating the cost of my marketing campaign its a little hard for me to continually repeat the process because of my tight budget. So I just wanted a few tips or other alternative marketing  strategies that I can add to my campaign that are low cost and still effective. I would greatly appreciate any feedback.
