Definitely get involved on BP by listening to the podcast and set up alerts so you get notified when anything about Atlanta pops up. For networking, go to meetup.com and search for real estate investing in Atlanta. You are sure to find many meetups happening around town where you can start netwrorking. The Biggerpockets has a meet up group called "Atlanta REI Monthly Meetup", it meets once a month. I missed the one this week, but the next one is on the 29th of Aug. Any recommendations for licensed architects residing in ATL or Georgia? I am looking to develop some land and would like to build some connections so I can start getting plans/renderings drafted.

Whether they are seasoned or new I would love the opportunity to advance their business as I advance my own.
