If I have unused HELOC on my property (say 50k I can take out), does that counts as my "liquidity asset" for banks?

Personally, I would prefer cash.. usually the deal can be better and less fees to pay (such as the loan process fee)

But everyone runs out of cash at times... 

I lived in NYC for a few years, the housing price there is high for me  (compare to a lot of other cities in USA). I have purchased out of state properties and hopefully in the near future I can invest in NYC.

Hi, I am looking to obtain a license as well in GA. 

There are many schools that offers pre-license class, online or in class.

Is there any advantage of taking an in-class vs online? Thanks.
