Hey @Zachary Critchett welcome! I'm just getting started myself and have already learned so much from the good folks here on BP. Best of luck to you!

@Paul Timmins, Thank you! Yes, absolutely filling in the foundation and learning as much as I can as fast as I can. @Jay Hinrichs, thank you for the heads up on hard money lenders,  very much appreciated. I will certainly keep my eyes and ears open for any meetups and other networking events.  Thank you!

Thanks @JR Hinds, @Marlon Wilson, @Justin Bieler and @Russell Brazil! I'm learning as quickly as I can. Right now it seems like I'm trying to drink from a fire hydrant, but I'm enjoying every minute!

Hi @Russell Brazil,

Thanks for the tips! How would I go about finding out where flips are already happening and where the largest price spread between rehabbed and non-rehabbed homes are?  Are there podcasts, books and/or articles that cover that sort of thing? How do I find hard money lenders?  So much to learn!

Hello everyone, I'm just getting started in real estate investing and I'm looking forward to learning from you more seasoned investors. Thank you in advance for your wisdom and help. I'm interested in fix and flip to get started, then creating ongoing residuals through buy and hold opportunities.
