Hello everyone, I'm just getting started in real estate investing and I'm looking forward to learning from you more seasoned investors. Thank you in advance for your wisdom and help. I'm interested in fix and flip to get started, then creating ongoing residuals through buy and hold opportunities.

Hi @Russell Brazil,

Thanks for the tips! How would I go about finding out where flips are already happening and where the largest price spread between rehabbed and non-rehabbed homes are?  Are there podcasts, books and/or articles that cover that sort of thing? How do I find hard money lenders?  So much to learn!
