Although newer to the site I have found great insight and made many great connections so I am on the hunt for advice, I am in a bind, I currently have the capital needed to fund roughly two to three true turn key investments already cash flowing. My current investor has become Wishy Washy and my little voice is screaming abort mission plus the percentages were far extreme. Do I stay on the hunt for a new investor for the 10% or take the loss on the other two deals and lock in the one?

I suggest first trying to find your local investment clubs. I have found two very credible resources who have taken me under their wing and shown me plenty. Also networking on BP is always huge as its helped myself and partners a ton. A quick google search or of course utilizing the BP networking link and you'll find plenty of lenders, and people willing to help educate. I haven't paid a dime and have learned far more than any seminar or coachings I've delt with in the past.

@Jered Sturm Fantastic information to this post, would you mind if I PM you with further questions in the future. I've found great information on the site and do my very best to network and learn from anyone I can. I'd love to speak with you more if you don't mind helping to educate, of course I'd love to return the favor if possible!

Thanks for your consideration.

@David Sims Great question, awesome post! I am only a year into my ventures but these are the things that get my blood flowing!

Hello all,

I've seen plenty of amazing posts surrounding ideas and opportunities but as a people person, I am currently seeking to find members in the Tampa area. I have been unable to find any local events and was curious if anyone was close by that would like to share any best practices or are open to networking in the Tampa area!
