I currently have a 6-lot short plat investment opportunity in the greater Seattle area. The location is in South Snohomish county. It is (6) five acre parcels with views of the Olympics, Cascades, Mount Rainer, and the Snohomish Valley. It will be a private gated community called Trombley Ridge Estates. We have a lender lined up for the development loan and I am looking for investors that want to bring in up to $350,000. It will be a 6 to 8-month loan and we are offering 11% fixed interest. Hi BP Community,

I am working to build my investors contact list and thought this would be a great place to introduce myself. My company has investment projects come through our office every couple weeks. When I receive the projects I reach out to clients that may be interested in making a great return on their money.

Currently I am looking for a private investor on an 8 unit town home project in Kenmore Washington just outside of Seattle. @Tarl Yarber, awesome work and looks great! If you don't mind me asking who did you purchase the property from and who'd you lend through? 

@Troy Fisher, yes I am aware of the networking events but as you well know there are many wholesalers on the forums that do not attend these events. All three of my houses I have going right now in Seattle came from wholesalers contacting me directly. 

I am not a wholesaler, I build new ground up homes and flip homes.

Hey fellow BP investors, I hope everyone is having a great week. I am in the process of networking and generating a contact list for residential land developers in Western Washington. Specifically Snohomish and King County. I am looking for residential lots to build single family homes. If anyone knows of contacts or companies that are involved with land development in the area and could send information my way that would very much appreciated. I would be willing to compensate anyone that leads me to someone that I end out conducting business with.

I am also looking to partner with land owners that want to build homes on already owned and acquired land. In the past we have structured these partnerships by splitting the profits on the sale of the homes. Please feel free to reach out if this sounds like something someone may be interested in.

@Charles Heard, I just joined the Bigger Pockets platform and wanted to chime in on this thread. I am part owner in a family owned and operated custom home building company. We are based out of the Bellevue area and have been building homes in King and Snohomish County since 1987. If you have any questions regarding the permitting process and/or home building process in the area please feel free to reach out. If you do end out acquiring the property we can provide you a proposal to construct the houses as well.

Hello fellow investors here on Bigger Pockets. I am reaching out to request lender contacts for new home construction in the Seattle/Bellevue area. My company and I have parted ways with our previous lender and I am now on the hunt for a new construction lender. Any help or idea would be very much appreciated!
