Hi Bigger Pockets members,
I currently have a 6-lot short plat investment opportunity in the greater Seattle area. The location is in South Snohomish county. It is (6) five acre parcels with views of the Olympics, Cascades, Mount Rainer, and the Snohomish Valley. It will be a private gated community called Trombley Ridge Estates. We have a lender lined up for the development loan and I am looking for investors that want to bring in up to $350,000. It will be a 6 to 8-month loan and we are offering 11% fixed interest.
