lol Well Steve I buy for my self and wholesale deals when I'm tied up with too many properties.

I bet many of them are newbies, who hope to get into investing and they get on as many wholesaler's lists as possible. Most will likely never buy a house, but they feel as if they're actually doing something.

Just like most people who go to seminars. Just a small minority will buy something. They will likely never actively tell you to take them off your list, because then it would feel like giving up. So, your list will grow and grow, but only a small minority of people will actively buy.

The others hope and wish and pray, but real estate investing might not match well with their strengths, which might lay somewhere else

The worse part is the fact that they don't know that they are doing it haha.

I still find it Ironic that I have an enormous list of buyers for my wholesale deals, but yet only 10 are actually serious. I would like some feedback on why people "pretend" to be Cash Buying Investors.
