HELLO BP FAMILY! QUICK QUESTION HERE......

I'VE RECENTLY BEGAN MY REAL ESTATE JOURNEY AND THE TACTIC IM USING RIGHT NOW IS DIRECT MAIL. SO I'VE SENT OUT A FEW YELLOW LETTERS BUT OCCASIONALLY WHEN IM ON MY STATE TAX SITE FINDING THE ABSENTEE OWNER'S MAILING ADDRESS I WILL SEE THAT THE VACANT HOME IS OWNED BY A COMPANY (EX. 1ST REALTY LLC) OR IT WILL BE BANK OWNED....

WHEN THIS HAPPENS DO YOU STILL MAIL THE YELLOW LETTER TO THE ADDRESS/ BUSINESS LISTED OR SHOULD I FOCUS ONLY ON THE ONES THAT SEEM TO BE "REAL PEOPLE/ ACTUAL OWNERS"??

PLEASE HELP!!!!!

THANKS

-KELSEY

Hi! Newbie here looking to connect with established wholesalers. Any and all advice is welcomed and appreciated!

I want to here from the vets here, What are some aspects of wholesaling that you didn't know when you started, but feel as if it could have contributed more to your success if you had known?

I understand I will learn quite a bit through my own experience but I would just like to avoid some errors if I can learn from someone else's mistakes.

I'm also looking to network with wholesalers and investors from the Atlanta area.

Thanks guys!
