Welcome! I think my husband and I may have met you at a new construction site a while back. Glad to hear you are making things happen and congrats on the baby!

I'll probably be a little late and have my husband with me.

I would look into just getting a DBA and setting up your houses under that. DBA (doing business as) doesn't have the same tax implications as an LLC.

Anything specific you are looking for in a candidate? I know of a young guy who might be interested.
