Hi,

I found couple pre-foreclosure properties on the web but it's been in the list for past 3-4 weeks.

I heard that those properties are on high demand. 

Does this mean that there must be some kind of defects in these properties?

I think there must be reasons that people don't jump into them.

Am I missing anything here?

I have been interested in the real estate investment and looking at the rental rate in my area.

Do you know if there is any way to check the current status of a certain property?

I have been watching two houses which were on the rental market for about a month but now they are gone. I just would like to know if they were rented out or just simply the owners put them down from the list.
