I thought I bring this issue about Peter Harris back up .I was also told about the $10k start up fee . I am skeptical so I did not sign up . . For those that have invested $10k have you thought about investing that amount with Grant Cardone.. I think his non -accredited investors can invest 5k.. look into Grants  program.. let me know what you all think 

How much does it cost for inspection on a 4 unit apartment.. this is total or cost per unit

Happy new year to my BiggerPocket community. Just to expand our knowledge about our previous topic on private lender. I was curious to see what this private lender would say. At first it was just  a 5% loan. so when I presented him with the amount of funds that I was looking for and terms. He replied with his terms and it appeared as if it was slightly higher than the 5%. Also he would charge 1% of the funding amount. Which really turned me away. NO DEAL.

No they have not. Through one of my real estate membership sites/ forum 

I have been reading through a lot of old posts but they are still relevant. What do you all think about a private lender..charging 5% interest. Of course no credit check?

Welcome, I am a new member of BP, originally from St Louis just relocated to Sacramento. There are many new communities going up in the area where we live in Roseville. This could be due to people living the Bay Area. I am a huge fan and interested in Multi family. Hopefully you will learn a lot that will help bring you success.
