Hi there! Excited to join BP and this incredible community. I'm relocating to Frisco/Prosper area this summer from Sacramento. I'm purchasing my primary home and digging in my heels to learn all I can about investing. I'm an expert marketer, copywriter, and social media strategist. So I would love to connect with others in REI in the area to grow into the community.

Though I'm a newbie when it comes to real estate, I'm a quick learner and can offer a lot in the way of marketing.  If there are any meetups or communities in the area, I'm happy to get involved and offer any help I can.

Cheers!

Kellie

Hi Andrew! I'm new here and am moving to that area from Northern California this summer. I found a great realtor who works with investors, and she set me up with a local mortgage company. The area is hot right now and houses are getting multiple offers, offers over asking price, cash buyers etc. So it def helps to have everything lined up and a strong local team of recognizable names to help move along the process.
