@Susan K. Good point. But after getting your license, don’t you have to activate it under a broker and in order to do that you have to practice as a real estate agent?

So i want to start my Real Estate career as an investor, however, a few persons mentioned to me that I should get my Real Estate license first, register under a broker and practice first. But I want to jump right it. Should I continue to educate myself by reading online or should I take an online course, get my license and practice as an agent and move up? Thoughts? Suggestions
So i want to start my Real Estate career and I saw online that the top school for this is “Real Estate Express” to do an online course. Any thoughts or suggestions of where I can get my license

@Michael Gunn Hi Michael, I am in the same position as you. An advice from my mentor and a few other person in the business has rold me the best thing to do is to get your license. In that way, you have a little understanding in various areas and at that time all your reading will make sense. I am working on getting my Florida license throggh Real Estate Express.
