Post: I have a STR property to analyze but don't want to pay $300

I'm new to the STR market. I used Evolve and searched every week of the month on Thursday through Sunday in my neighborhood for houses with a similar layout. Of course each week had a different average but that gave us a good idea on what we could charge a renter for that given time period. There are a lot of moving parts to it.
