I'm looking to buy a multi family unit in Englewood for a fix and flip. Is this a good market and city to invest in?  Will I be able to flip a property in this area ?

I have a partner who I will be investing in my first flip with. How should we divide the profits if 1 partner is investing more than the other. For example If Im investing 20k and he's investing on 13k. How should we divide the net profits? Is there a specific formula?

Quote from @Keith T Williams:

I'm a new investor and need to open a business account for my LLC. The account will be used to pay contractors, hard money loans, and everything else. My question is what bank(s) should I open an account with and how do I tell the bank my business is primarily real estate ventures without getting turned down?

 THANK YOU!!!

Hi everybody! I'm an out of state investor and will be flipping properties in Illinois, while I live in Florida. Does anybody have any advice or tips on how to manage a rehab process and make sure the contractors are working on schedule? Especially if you live out of State and cannot manage them or go physically to the property?

Quote from @John Romero:

I recently started my account with first horizon. I chose that bank because in my area they were one of the few that didn’t charge fees for the amount of transactions I will do. I’m new as well but I’m not sure why any bank would deny you service because of real estate ventures.

Do a google search for banks in your area and spend 15-20 minutes a day calling as many as possible to see who will work best for your needs. That was my method and I think it’s worked this far.

 Thank you!

How do I run comps in my area? What is the best tool or website that I can use for free?
