@Josh Fabrizio

Thanks for your post re USREEB. Have you purchased any more through them? Do you still use the same PM?

Also curious where else you bought turnkeys and through whom? I’m in CA and open to all markets that $$ sense. Have focused some time on KC, Harrisburg PA, Indy etc.

@Jeff Wallenius

I’m having my first conversation with USREEB this week. How has your experience been? Still own the property? How has Prop Mgmt been? How has the property performed overall?

Post: Turnkey Property Pro / Reveal Real Estate Management - Baltimore

@Joseph Le curious your experience so far. I was referred to Turnkey Property Pro, have spoken to the principals as well as two investors who both had great things to say about them. Considering a due dil trip to Baltimore. I like the brrrr + TK approach. I know they are based on Philly but work w a large contractor in Baltimore along w the property mgmt firm who are both local, help with the selection of properties and are the boots on the ground there. Nothing smells off to me so far....but I've also not done any REI yet. Love to hear more on this feed

@Ali Boone

I’ve recently learned about turnkeys and am looking to start my real estate investing. I live in so cal/Ventura are- too expensive for rentals around here. And with a full time job and kids just don’t have time to do a ton of work. I’m curious where you think I should start?

I’m sure there are reputable and non reputable turnkeys out there. Any guidance you have would be great! Thanks!

Keith

I’m new to real estate investing. I have a full time, fairly high paying job. Over the next 10-15 years I’d like to build a portfolio of buy/hold rentals to supplement / replace that income.

The challenge I’m finding is where to begin to find good deals.

Ideally I’d want to start with something near where I live but in So Cal home prices are expensive making cash flowing properties slim.

Using the calculators here and realtor.com, I’ve found what seem to be good deals in Texas, Indianapolis and some other areas. I just don’t know if it’s smart to have my first investment be so far from where I live.

I am comfortable going a few hours away or even out of state but I’m not sure if that’s the best approach as a newbie.

Any advice from those more experienced would be welcomed!

Much appreciated!
