@Axel: Thank you for the specifics. I noticed that Nashua tends to lean on the higher side than Manchester. I appreciate your help with referrals and I will not hesitate to reach out to you!

Hello all, my name is Keith and my wife and I are planning on purchasing our first property (multifamily) in the southern New Hampshire market, preferably Nashua and the farthest north would be Manchester, to househack through an FHA loan. Any suggestions on which cities and towns are the best for this strategy? Also, how is the general rental market in these areas in terms of demand and price?

Hello to all of the folks on the Biggerpockets forum. My name is Keith and I currently live in Massachusetts with my wife. I currently work in the technology field and have had an interest in multifamily rentals ever since my wife showed me the potential of real estate about a year ago. We are planning to go into our first property (multi-family) in the southern New Hampshire market to begin house hacking and expand from there, maybe do some long distance investing once we acquire a bit more experience. I look forward to connecting with you all!
