Sounds great Hush. I will get in touch next week to set up a meeting at one of the properties.

Hello Hush,

We have a bank-owned rehab project going on in Jordan, Mn right now and are planning on starting 2 other flips next week. One is St.Louis Park and one in St.Paul. I would suggest stopping by St.Louis Park or St.Paul. Let me know what your schedule is over the next 2 weeks and I can let you know a good time to come by either property.

Anytime Amy. We're in the beginning stages of a rehab in St.Paul (Frog town). Once these are complete we'll be moving full speed ahead on the regular repairs. You're welcome to stop by then. I'll message you if you'd like.

Greetings Hush,

I'm a GC in the Twin Cities. My wife and I are looking for our first deal as well. We have tons of experience doing flips/rehabs for investors and banks but, not on our own properties. If you ever want to stop by a job-site to get a first-hand look at an active project, let me know. I can give you some pointers on the construction side of things plus, I'm sure the client, which is another BP member and investor, wouldn't mind meeting you and giving you some guidance. We are just starting a full interior/exterior rehab on a duplex in St.Paul he will be renting out once completed.

Welcome aboard Gabriel,

BP is a great place to start your journey and find tons of resources and helpful people. Let me know if there is anything I can do for you or questions you may have.

Hello Ed,

I hate to say it but, it sounds as though your partner is being somewhat One-sided here. I am a GC and can tell you that were I in the same situation, I'd want my partner to know every last detail about materials costs, expenses, labor, etc. My first impression is that he's pocketing the difference and not being honest with you. I do hope you both work it out but, I'd request all receipts or refuse to do any more business with him. Honesty is always the best policy. I'd be very interested to see some of his rehab numbers.

Best of luck

Keith

Greetings Hush,

My wife and I are GC's in the Twin Cities. We have tons of experience rehabbing properties for banks or investors but, not for our own portfolio. We're eager to start doing our own. Any time you have questions, feel free to message me. Information is always free. Welcome aboard.

Welcome aboard! My wife and I are GC's that are fairly new to BP and looking to start investing. So far for us, BP has been an excellent source.
