Hi Jarrod,

Realtor.com and Redfin.  Then using rentometer to view rental comps.

Starting out in Austin and with BP.  Using the BP calculators, I'm running numbers on several properties a week.  I can't seem to find any potential rental properties or fix & flips with positive cash flow.  Would love to connect with a veteran investor in Austin to see if I'm messing up the inputs, or is it just that Austin has reached the point where it's appreciation-only.  Primarily looking in East, S/E, So. Austin.
