A good property manager can certainly take over as soon as closing is done. Your request isn't too much to ask at all.

@Natalie Schanne @Chris Brown Thanks for caring enough to post responses. :)

I think the best part about working with me is that I'm an investor, too. I've flipped houses since 2009. So I get the investor's perspective on the bottom line really well.

Chris, we offer the very service you mentioned IN ADDITION to the service you went to the architect to do. The cool thing about working with an interior designer versus a Home Depot is that we carry wholesale accounts and can often get you better quality tile and finishes for LESS money than you'd pay at Home Depot.

Less of your money. Less of your time. Same or MORE profit. Who wouldn't love that? I get that flippers are about easy, inexpensive systems, but I don't think it has to be all the same...

I LOVE when I get the chance to refute traditional interior designer stereotypes - LOL! I promise I have NEVER, EVER in my 8 years as a designer recommended a high-priced light fixture - and I do million-dollar interior design projects regularly. Haha!

My design philosophy is that it doesn't have to COST a million dollars (or a thousand dollars) to LOOK like it did. And we pride ourselves on offering clients AFFORDABLE, functional, BEAUTIFUL interior design plans and finish options that set them apart AND stay within the budget.

Hey friends... I'm Keianna Rae Harrison an investor (fix and flips primarily), interior designer and home stager based in Indianapolis, IN.

I'm working on growing my real estate investor client base and I'm trying to create a staging package (6-rooms, all furniture and accessories, 60-day contract) that investors can't pass up...

That said, could you share with me what you think is a reasonable fee to pay for staging your properties, please?

I think the expectations and numbers are ALL over the board, but for investor purposes, what is comfortable for you in the Midwest?

Hi @Harvey Levin.

We're looking for warehouse/office space on the northwest side of Indianapolis. We'd like to keep rent under $800/month. The office space can be really small. The majority of my team works from home. It's the warehouse space we really need. I think I've found some space off of Michigan Road, but I know NOTHING about commercial real estate and I'm not sure how to proceed.

Can anyone recommend a good, PATIENT commercial real estate agent in Indianapolis, please? We need lease a small office/warehouse space and need someone who has time and patience to educate us.

Thanks for any recommendations. :)
