Hey there Theodore! I also live in Whitefish, Mt and would love to discuss Real Estate! I've been investing in Real Estate for a couple years now, but have gotten very serious about it within the last 6 months. I'm currently interested in multi-family and mobile home parks. Welcome to the Site and hopefully we can talk about some future opportunities soon!

I should also add I owe 251k and the property is roughly valued at 428k. It's on a 30yr fixed @ 3.25%.

Hey guys, 

 I'm extremely thankful to have such a well intention-ed and bright community here! I bought a triplex in early 2016 that has seen tremendous appreciation and am wondering what should be my next move. I'm mostly interested in multi-family or trailer parks (don't know enough about them yet). I'm basically asking if i should be using this equity and how? My overall goal is more cash flow. I can provide more info as asked. Thank you so much!

Victor - I get your point -- I am definitely happy and thankful for what i have. However, real estate is a passion of mine that i would love to be engaged in full time. In order to do that, I need more cash flow. I guess my goal, long-term, would be to generate enough revenue to be my own boss and live semi-retired early. Just not sure in what direction my next step should be. 

Ryan - Thank you for giving me something to follow in the market! I'll keep my eyes open. Could you explain a little bit about what you mean by mailers and agent referrals? Are you talking about giving a realtor referrals so they will give me deals in their portfolio?

Jay - You're absolutely right. I need to delve more into the why before i get to the how. I'll do some homework. 

Hello Everybody! I'm new to the forum and would like to introduce myself. My name is Keegan and I'm super excited to be here and just learn all i can from you fine, successful folks! I've heard a lot about the site and even read some of the books that pointed me to this community. I just finished "How to make sh*t happen" by Sean Whalen and it really pushed me into asking for help professionally and trying to utilize those of you willing to help me start my journey in investment property. Highly recommend the book! However, I digress, I currently own a triplex in Columbia Falls, Montana with -- to me -- some significant equity due to appreciation and buying at a good price. It's fully rented out. I, also, bought a single family home in Whitefish, Mt., that I currently live in and will slowly renovate to turn into a rental. My first question, is what do i do next? What should be my goals? Would love some suggestions. I can always provide more information as i know i haven't given everything pertinent to a good through conversation. Appreciate all of you guys and gals! Thank you!
