I am also looking into buying property in EaDo. My father and I are considering buying property to build a few town homes.

My question is if any knows of the "boundary" we should stay in when looking for land.

Thanks,

Keaton

Good day to everyone,

Little background first, my name is Keaton, 25, I recently moved back to Houston, TX and am living at home with the parents temporarily. I lived in Lafayette, LA where I bought and sold my first house. My family has been in the real estate business as small scale builders the past 10 years.

My problem/predicament  is that I have $50k cash to invest into a new home. I want to invest that money into a new real estate venture with my father. However, I also want to get off the parent's "couch" and buy a home for myself to remodel and have potential roommates move in with me.

I want to do both, but don't quite have the capital do both, any suggestions?
