In a market that has mainly buyers due to low rates what are some of the unique methods to attracting tenants? Not including the obvious of outside/inside presentation and high quality pictures online. Looking for different perspectives and methods used to increase applicants.

@Tigran Kalaydzhyan I am located in Evansville. I’ve done some basic research on tips and ways to screen tenants but not much. Is there a specific guide you go by or do you have any methods that you have found useful and consistent when screening applicants? Thanks for response!
