@Patrick Flanagan your eyes and your brain aren't deceiving you! We love Kansas City for a couple reasons. Large enough MSA to have a solid and diverse base of folks, with 2.1+ million people and growing. Lots of big and various large businesses which support a large workforce, and low unemployment. And then low property taxes, comparatively inexpensive real estate prices, and high demand for rentals.

So, for us, we think its an awesome place to invest. What are you looking for in your investments?
