Thanks for the quick replies! One building is approx 8 years old (masonry) and the other is over a 100 (framed) which was gut rehabbed.

Hello! i've been a lurker for awhile and the community here have been great. I have 2 rental properties with 3 units in each building. I'm looking to find affordable landlord insurance options for both properties in Chicago. Does anyone have good recommendations? Thanks!
