Post: Atlanta rehab loans

I currently reside in Atlanta, GA and the market is hot! I am looking to purchase a multi-family unit using a good rehab loan for first time homeowners. My credit is fair and my income is too but I do not want to wait any longer to get into investing and making that steady cash flow. If there is anyone who has some advice for me and/or lenders who they recommend please comment!

Hello! I am a 22 year old college student in Atlanta, GA looking to get into real estate with no money. I have been passionate about real estate for the past two years, studying all that I can. I've even been to those sketchy real estate investor trainings where they ask for 20k to learn. All in all I'm glad to have found bigger pockets and I hope it will open all the right doors. Atlanta is the perfect place to invest so, where should I start?
