Hi John, my husband and I are in Kansas. We are investors working on our 3rd deal up here. We have toyed around with the idea of moving to west palm beach (my uncles live there) we feel that there is a lot more opportunity down there. What would you say to that?
Yep. You should. Work hard now for freedom later. It's a long road but will be worth it.

I have a Leed who wants his property listed in Newton, Ks I need to refer to another agent. I would like to refer it to a licensee who is willing to give referral fees and is comfortable with both residential and commercial properties.

My husband and I have a Triplex in Kansas that we plan to hold onto because it is a cash flowing monster. We haven't set up an LLC yet. But we want to move to Florida in 2017 sometime. We will invest in much more real estate in Florida. Florida doesn't charge state income tax. What state should we set up our LLC? Or should we have one for our Kansas triplex and a different one for our Florida RE portfolio?

Hi Rob. My husband and I have 2 units now and will soon have closer to 7 to 10. It's a slow process though, and we could really use some insightful help on estimating how long it will take us to have financial freedom like you have built. Could you speak with me over personal message to help us learn how to estimate our timeline?

My husband has been on 1099 type race returns for almost 2 years come January. I have heard you have to have 1099 for 2 years? And I just started a new Job a little while ago. We are looking at a 5 unit property and need financing. We have not been able to find partners or individual investors (even though we have been successfully land lording for 2 years). We payed cash for our first deal on a duplex 2 years ago and the house we live in now, so We are inexperienced with loans but have run the numbers on this deal and it will be very profitable even with a mortgage. I don't want to go to a bank clueless and ask for a loan. What do I do? Where do I start?

I love listening to the podcasts, so I have created my account to get more involved, so I wanted to introduce myself. I live in Clifton, Ks with husband Austin Whiteley. He also has an account on Bigger Pockets. We invested in out first plex in Concordia, Ks in January 2015 just around the time that we were getting married. Now we are looking to expand our business so we can have more time flexibility for what ever lies ahead. We don't yet know very many other investors nearby and would love to build new acquaintances here with similar interests.
