Hello to all. I'm new to real estate, so I am currently searching for local REI groups in my area, Las Vegas, NV. I've come across a few online which seem great.. Just want to know if anyone has any recommendations. :)

I met with a real estate broker today (commercial agent) and he mentioned that the tax deferred exchange only applied to properties that are worth more than 300k, and it is mainly used for commercial properties. Is this true? Any thoughts?
