If I'm in contract on a property where agents are involved what is the best way to close my wholesale deal? I'm assuming I would need to double close because agent contracts are not assignable. Can anyone answer this for me?

Hey everybody quick question! What do y'all think of purchasing software used and or created by other real estate investors? BP any better recommendation besides ( " driving for $", and bandit signs, direct mail and few others) I realized that marketing can become expensive and just wanted to pick up other s ways to market. I think purchasing software and a low end price bets the others.

@EJ Sansone I need to ensure that the paperwork is process lawfully and just want to have that experience of using an attorney to see if it is preferable for me. My understanding is that I could use my own contract and submit to title company. Im not sure if there is a step in between in missing. Can you help me out there?
